What is the JOY Programme®?
Enhance your employee wellbeing with The Joy Programme®, an essential course for today’s workplace.
Our internationally CPD accredited programme (14 credits from the CPD Standards Office) equips selected staff with the skills to teach their colleagues positive psychology techniques. This helps them integrate these strategies into their daily routines, boosting overall happiness and productivity.
Upskill your team to enhance employee wellbeing with long-lasting results.
By training existing staff to promote mindfulness, kindness, gratitude, and joy, you can achieve significant KPIs. This approach builds a sustainable, cost-effective wellbeing culture within your organisation. Investing in just a few employees’ training can improve the overall wellbeing of your entire workforce.
Our unique train-the-trainer model
We’ve seen improved ROI of over 150%, compared with traditional mindfulness training.
How is the course taught?
Smaller businesses can sign up individuals to our open sessions.
Here, they will join up to 21 other students from a variety of organisations and engage in one day’s learning once a week for three weeks.
Larger organisations with the need for multiple wellbeing coaches to teach the workforce?
We can develop a bespoke JOY course designed to suit the specific needs of your business.
